Before you jump into any arrangements, though, you need to learn the business. Read blogs. Learn the steps of self-publishing. Then decide what you can do yourself, and what you want to delegate. Join the Kindle Forums (The Writers Café) to begin. Then branch out to individual blogs. There are a lot of people offering sound advice, but there are also a lot of shysters. Be careful.
